Four Seasons brings Luxury Living to Charleston

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is bringing its signature luxury experience to Charleston’s historic district, with a new hotel and private residences set to open in 2028.

A New Era of Hospitality for Charleston

The upcoming Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Charleston will feature 139 guest rooms and 36 branded residences, all within walking distance of King Street, the Charleston City Market, and the Gibbes Museum of Art. The eight-story property will blend Charleston’s timeless charm with the renowned service of Four Seasons.

Elevating Charleston’s Legacy

The project’s architecture and residence interiors will be designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, with hotel interiors by Lark Design Studios and landscaping by Hollander Design. The hotel will include four restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool, private cabanas, 7,000 square feet of event space, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and curated retail.

Residences the Homes of Distinction

The 36 private residences will offer homeowners dedicated services, in-residence dining, housekeeping, a private entrance, and access to all hotel amenities. Homes will range from 2,000 to 3,700 square feet, with prices starting at $5 million and many featuring expansive balconies or terraces.
