Carteav, recognized for its expertise in Low-Speed Autonomous Vehicle (LSAV) systems, has begun a 90-day pilot project at SEA’s terminal garage after receiving a Purchase Order from the Port of Seattle.
This initiative marks a pivotal moment for the adoption of autonomous transportation in complex airport environments.

Meeting Traveler Needs
The driverless shuttle comes in response to travelers’ demand for improved transit within SEA’s sprawling facilities. “We are constantly seeking technologies that improve the customer experience and operational efficiency at SEA,”

“Travelers have expressed a strong desire for more service between these two locations. This is one way to test a potential new option and we will assess next steps after the pilot program.”
