Marriott International’s acclaimed Luxury Dining Series is back for 2025, inviting food enthusiasts on a multi-city journey across Asia Pacific that celebrates ‘Forgotten Flavors’ and culinary heritage.
The 2025 Luxury Dining Series, running from July to September, will feature a curated lineup of experiences at luxury hotels including The St. Regis Osaka, JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, The St. Regis Singapore, The St. Regis Jakarta, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. Each destination will showcase collaborations between renowned chefs and mixologists, offering guests immersive dining events that blend craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and innovative gastronomy.

Highlights from the 2025 Series
- Japan (July 11-13, The St. Regis Osaka): The series opens with a collaboration between Chef Takato Kitano (Wajo), Master Teppan Chef Yuki Oe (The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo), and Michelin-starred Chef Agustin Balbi (Andō), blending Japanese and Italian influences. The event also features a 50 Best Bar Takeover and a reimagined tea ritual by Executive Pastry Chef Alex Chong (The Singapore EDITION).
- Korea (July 17-20, JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa): Culinary talents Paul Smart, Ryan Byrne, and Jayden Kim present a Six-Hands dinner highlighting Jeju’s land-and-sea bounty. The program includes a Midsummer High Tea, a brunch honoring Jeju’s Haenyeo divers, and a masterclass on traditional liquor-making.
- India (July 31-August 3, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa): Guests can experience Daawat-e-Aaleeshan, an Alice in Wonderland-inspired farm-to-table meal, the Five Elements Dinner, and a series of brunches and cocktail collaborations with award-winning chefs and mixologists.
- Australia (August 15-17, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth): Chef Brian Cole (Hearth) and Chef Katsuhito Inoue (The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto) present East Meets West, a menu fusing Australian and Japanese techniques, alongside a regionally inspired afternoon tea and curated cocktail tastings.
- Singapore (August 29-31, The St. Regis Singapore): The Four-Hands Cantonese menu at Yan Ting and a six-hands menu at The Astor Grill bridge tradition and innovation, while pastry chefs Angela Lai and Ng Chee Leong reinterpret Singaporean flavors for the 60th anniversary of independence.
- Indonesia (September 11-14, The St. Regis Jakarta): The Jakarta stop features tastings by Pastry Chef Janice Wong ,modern Swiss cuisine by Chef Arne Riehn, and a family-style dinner celebrating Indonesian culinary heritage.
- Thailand (September 25-28, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok): The series concludes with a six-hands European tasting menu at Duet by David Toutain and a Friends of Lily’s brunch, plus bar takeovers and a chocolate afternoon tea experience.
