MGM Resorts International has announced an impressive roster of culinary icons who will headline the exclusive Bellagio Fountain Club experience during the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025.
Trackside cuisine from world-class chefs
From November 20–22, guests at the Bellagio Fountain Club will savor dishes by new additions Tom Colicchio, Antonia Lofaso, and Brooke Williamson, who join returning culinary greats like José Andres, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Masaharu Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck, Olivia Tiedemann, Michael Mina, and Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. Each chef will be on site, personally preparing and serving their signature creations as the world’s fastest race cars thunder by and the iconic Bellagio Fountains erupt in the background.

Even more gourmet experiences unveiled
Joining the chef line-up are Chad Colby of LA’s acclaimed Antico Nuovo, a pop-up from culinary creators Owen Han and H Woo Lee, and a special feature from The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills—one of the country’s most renowned destinations for cheese and gourmet specialties.
The Bellagio Fountain Club experience is a showcase of Las Vegas at its most exciting—combining exclusive proximity to the F1® circuit and dancing Fountains with the city’s top dining, luxury hospitality, and nightlife under one roof. Guests can look forward to electric party vibes, dynamic collaborations, an open bar featuring curated cocktails and specialty wines, and chef activations all weekend long.
