Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Enclave Luxury Suites

Wynn Resorts has lifted the curtain on Enclave, a private ultra-luxury world set high atop Wynn Al Marjan Island, promising guests a new standard of privacy, service, and design when the resort opens in early 2027.

A Private Mansion in the Sky

Conceived as a “coastal mansion of rarefied tranquility,” Enclave is designed for guests who value privacy, exclusivity, and intuitive service. Arrival is through a private, guarded drive leading to an exclusive lobby reserved only for Enclave residents. Here, guests are welcomed into a serene space, setting the tone for the experience ahead.

From the lobby, a processional gallery leads to private elevators, whisking guests to the uppermost floors of the resort’s iconic 1,000-foot tower. With no more than 15 suites per floor, Enclave offers an atmosphere of calm and seclusion, floating above the sparkling waters of Al Marjan Island.

Bespoke Suites and Royal Apartments

Enclave features 313 suites in six distinct layouts, ranging from spacious Enclave King Suites at 800 square feet to two extraordinary, two-story Royal Apartments measuring 16,000 square feet each. These Royal Apartments are the result of a unique collaboration between Anouska Hempel, Pinto Design, and Wynn Design & Development, blending international flair with regional inspiration.

The interiors are awash in a palette of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist, creating a tranquil, cloud-like ambiance. Each suite is thoughtfully equipped with dual private pantries—one for morning and one for evening—stocked with bespoke provisions tailored to each guest’s preferences. The design and amenities reflect Wynn’s signature approach to hospitality, where every detail is considered, and cultural sensitivities are respected.

Amenities Designed for Every Mood

Enclave guests enjoy exclusive access to a private reserve pool and beach along the east edge of the resort’s gardens. The setting offers panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and nightly sunsets. Three pools and a secluded beach are nestled within lush tropical landscaping, complete with chic cabanas and private bungalows. Dedicated beach butlers provide on-demand dining and personalized service, whether guests seek a quiet retreat or a lively family gathering.

Dining: An Elevated Culinary Experience

Central to the Enclave experience is its exclusive restaurant, located above the grand lobby. Breakfast is reserved for Enclave guests only, ensuring a peaceful and personalized start to the day. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant transforms into a vibrant celebration of Lebanese cuisine, led by a renowned restaurateur from Beirut and Paris making their UAE debut. The authenticity and artistry of the menu promise to make this restaurant a new culinary landmark on Al Marjan Island.

Social Spaces: Lounge and Concierge Salon

The private Lobby Lounge and adjacent Concierge Salon offer guests an intimate living room atmosphere, with French doors opening onto a draped veranda. Morning coffee service transitions to afternoon tea and then to evening cocktails and champagne, paired with a petit menu from the Lebanese restaurant above. The ambiance recalls the award-winning lounges of Wynn Las Vegas, blending conviviality with refined design and service.

A Resort Like No Other

Set across more than 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.

Guests can explore 24 international dining venues, the region’s most opulent spa and beauty destination, a skylit shopping promenade with luxury brands, and a 4,500-foot private beach. The resort will also offer 12 elaborate pools, a deep-water marina for superyachts, and Coral Court for year-round celebrations and events.

The resort’s construction is on schedule, with the 1,000-foot spire set to top out in late 2025 and the grand opening planned for early 2027.
